Eligible refunds will be calculated at the completion of the current season (April 2021). Unless requested in writing, refunds will be applied to registration fees for the member's next ringette session (e.g. Summer 2021 (TBD), or Fall 2021). If a member wishes to receive their refund in the form of a cheque, please complete the following form in full. Refund cheques will be mailed in April 2021.
