Procedure for New Policy launch and Policy changes
The below procedure shall be followed for new Policy launch and for making changes to existing policies and procedures:
- All policies must be posted under the Policies and Procedures section of the Ajax and Pickering Ringette Association prior to the go-live date for the policy. This includes any changes to existing policies.
- The new policy or policy change will be announced in the article section of the Ajax and Pickering Ringette Association website with the go-live date clearly stated.
- An email will be sent to the Ajax and Pickering Ringette Association mailing list with a link to the article about the new policy or policy change introducing it.
- Any changes to existing policies and procedures or the introduction of new policies needs to be approved by the executive committee using the standard voting method.
