YOUTH HOUSE LEAGUE PROGRAM


FULL SEASON FEES - $199
(includes $50 non-refundable deposit which ensures continuous insurance coverage for all Ringette Ontario sanctioned activities until September 2021)

23 week program - Saturday Mornings @ Village Arena in Ajax (1 hour per week)
October 17th - March 27th

U12 -U19 FIRST HALF PROGRAM (SEPT-DEC)


REGISTRATION FEES - $499
Full-time goalies pay $249
(includes $50 non-refundable deposit which ensures continuous insurance coverage for all Ringette Ontario sanctioned activities until September 2021)


FIRST-HALF PROGRAM DETAILS -
15 practices, 12 games (modified i.e. no contact, 3:3) and 8 power skating sessions (35 hours total)
September 14th - December 20th

PAYMENT POLICIES


THIS SECTION HAS BEEN UPDATED, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 13, 2020


APRA intends to plan in short, foreseeable time increments, and will expand our programming and activities when it is safe and permitted to do so.  In an effort to provide additional flexibility and peace-of-mind for our members, this season we will be extending payment deadlines, introducing a payment instalment plan, and updating our refund policies. These efforts will allow families to make the most informed decisions about investing in our 2020-21 programs. 


REFUNDS


Up to November 1st - a U12-U19 player will be eligible to receive a refund equal to their Initial Payment* if they wish to withdraw their registration (*maximum refund permitted will be equal to 50% of the total program cost, less the $50 non-refundable deposit)

Up to December 1st - a Youth House League player will be eligible to receive a 50% refund of their Full Season Payment (not including the $50 Registration Deposit) if they wish to withdraw their registration.

After these dates - Refunds will only be consider in the case of Season Ending Medical Circumstances (subject to review).

REMOVAL


December 1st - if there is an outstanding payment balance at this time a player will be removed from the association roster and will be unable to participate for the remainder of the season.



U12-U19 SECOND-HALF PROGRAM

Once second-half programming plans have been confirmed for the balance of the season, APRA will communicate final 2020/21 registration fees and request full payment within 30 days.  



ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • First-time players and those new to the association will be required to provide proof of age.
  • All payments are to be made by Interac eTransfer (preferred - see details below) or cheque.
  • NSF cheques will incur an additional $25.00 service charge.
