Annual General Meeting - JUNE 13
The Ajax Pickering Ringette Association and its Board of Directors give Notice of the Annual Meeting of Members. In keeping with the laws and governance of the Province of Ontario, this meeting will be held IN PERSON on:
DATE: TUESDAY, JUNE 13th
TIME: 7:00 p.m. EST
LOCATION: Ajax Community Centre, Commodores Room (enter from the hallway overlooking pad 2)
ALL MEMBERS WELCOME
You do not need to register to attend the AGM, however, in advance of the meeting you have the opportunity to:
1) Ask questions in advance of the AGM;
2) Express your interest in volunteering to support the association; and
3) Nominate someone for a position on the APRA Board of Directors

By attending the AGM you will:
1) Learn more about the organization and hear about our plans for next season;
2) Vote for open positions on the Board of Directors;
3) Vote on proposed amendments to the associations' by-laws; and
4) Be entered into a draw for a chance to win a $300 credit to be applied to 2023-24 Fall/Winter Registration Fees!!!

Now is your chance to share your voice, and your talents. This year, the following positions will be up for election at the AGM (2 year term):
- President
- Vice President - Ajax
- Secretary
- Director-At-Large (3 positions)
- Director-At-Large (1 position for a 1 year term)
Nominations: You are able to nominate someone in advance of the AGM using the above form, and nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the meeting. Additionally, you also can express interest or submit a nomination by emailing the APRA President
