Eagle Lake Ringette Camp is branching out this year and along with their overnight camp up North they are hosting a City Camp in Toronto from Aug. 7-10th at the MasterCard centre in South Etobicoke. Camp runs from 8:30-4:30 with 2+ hours of ice per day, swimming, crafts, urban hikes, chalk talks, and more! The cost is $400 for the week and before and after care can also be arranged. Laney Frost and
Karen Shim, who were named the
2018 Winners of the Gord Bell Scholarship Award! Gord Bell is a member of the Ringette Hall of Fame and past CORL president. The award is open to all active players in CORL and is awarded yearly to two players that best exemplify a passion for the game of Ringette. Both Karen and Laney have been terrific role models and outstanding members of Ajax Pickering Ringette Association throughout their careers. We wish them the very best of luck as they begin a new journey at their post-secondary schools next Fall. Way to GO!!!
