FACILITY SAFETY and ENTRY PROTOCOLS (Updated March 1st)

Please review and abide by the following procedures and protocols in place at all AJAX and PICKERING FACILITIES.
1. PROOF OF VACCINATION NO LONGER REQUIRED
2. COVID SCREENING
- ALL ARENAS - Signage and passive screening in place at all entry points.
- Please read the arena screening questions carefully and answer honestly before attending ringette events. If you are unsure about how to answer any question, please contact the APRA COVID Safety Officer.
- If you have any COVID symptoms, DO NOT come to the arena.
3. CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS
- AJAX ARENAS - removed as of March 1st.
- PICKERING ARENAS - removed as of March 1st.
4. ENTRY TIMES
- Please arrive no more than 1 hour prior to all scheduled ice times.
5. ENTER and EXIT through Designated Areas Only (See AJAX Arena Maps Below)
- To reduce interactions we are requesting all guests limit free flow traffic throughout facilities, and enter and exit promptly through designated areas following your assigned ice times (no loitering please)
- Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex (Pickering Rec Complex) Delaney and O'Brien Rinks: enter/exit through the main doors of the complex (east side of the building)
- Don Beer Arena: enter/exit through the main doors adjacent to your ice rental (i.e. pad 2/3 entrance, or Pad 1 entrance)
- Ajax Community Centre, PAD 1: enter/exit through the main doors of the centre (east side of the building)
- Ajax Community Centre, PAD 3: enter through the southwest doors of the centre; exit through the doors located inside the arena (adjacent to the stands)
ONCE YOU ARE INSIDE THE FACILITIES...
- Dressing rooms will be open to athletes (showers available)- masks to be worn at all times prior to stepping on the ice
- Spectators are asked to remain in the arena spectator viewing area/stands.
- TEAM WARM-UPS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN AJAX AND PICKERING FACILITIES (stretching in dressing rooms allowed).
- Follow all signage and remain within designated areas; use only designated washrooms
- It is recommended that participants bring their own water bottle filled (There will still be access to filling stations in the dressing rooms or fountains).
- Follow the COVID Safety Basics - masks to be worn at all times; maintain social distancing among members of different households; no congregating in large groups. Be sure to follow these safety guidelines in the arena parking lots, as you line up for entry, and once inside the facilities
