2022-23 Coaching Announcements!

We are pleased to announce our AA head coaches for the 2022-2023 season! Congratulations to Ian and Amanda and a sincere thanks to all coaches that applied. 

 

 

 

Ian has coached ringette since 2013 at all levels,  including a provincial gold medal at U12P in 2018/2019 season.  This past season he was an assistant coach with the APRA U16AA team.  In addition to coaching, Ian has filled various executive positions throughout Central Region.  He is very excited for next season to lead this group of athletes.  Ian will be joined on the bench by Heather Lally.

 

 

 

Amanda began playing ringette at the age of 5 in Ajax Pickering. She has played as a goalie in the AA stream growing up and has numerous provincial medals under her belt including a provincials gold medal and Eastern Canadian Ringette Championships gold medal at U14AA. She is still playing the sport and playing for Ajax 18+A. For the past 5 years, Amanda has been coaching AA and AAA teams in Central region and is the head of goalie development for Ajax Pickering Ringette Association. This past year, she was an assistant coach of the Ajax Pickering U16AA team and a coach in the Ringette Ontario AAA High Performance Program. She is so excited to coach and develop this amazing cohort of athletes at U19AA with the assistance of Julia Good and Amanda Good on her bench staff.
