2022-23 Coaching Announcements! UPDATE

We are pleased to announce that Heather McMahon will be APRA's U16A Head Coach for the 2022-23 Season!

Heather has been playing ringette since the age of 7 in Ajax Pickering in both the A and AA streams. Growing up she was a Provincial champion and was part of the first team to travel to Finland and Sweden to compete. She continues to play for Ajax 18+B and is looking forward to coaching again this season.

Heather's coaching philosophy centres on developing self-esteem and a healthily team dynamic by encouraging self-discipline, reflection, and a positive self-image, all while providing a fun and challenging environment for competitive ringette.
